Review summary

Pros: Newer ship means newer rooms/facilities. Cons: Bigger ship means more people. Felt crowded most of the time. My wife and I have no desire to ever get back on the Mardi Gras. We also have no desire to get in the Celebration or Jubilee, either. We’ve sailed with Carnival most of the time. We sailed with Royal Caribbean for the first time in March of this year (2023). That’s all it took for us to realize that we STRONGLY prefer RC to Carnival and from here on out, unless Carnival has a phenomenal price that just can’t be beat, we will be “Loyal to Royal.”
