Overall we had a FANTASTIC time! The ship is enough to keep us coming back - they have made some changes to the layout of the eating venues so you don't feel like a herd of cows trying to get your food.. So many options for food - all delicious. Just exploring the ship was fun. The water park, roller coaster, putt-putt golf, walking rope course, corn hole, basketball, foosball - so many things to do. The Serenity area - WOW! You get the idea.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food was excellent. We really liked that you can eat in some of the specialty restaurants the first time FREE and if you go back then you pay - a GREAT way to check them out. This ship had so many options for eating - I am talking about - Italian, sushi, Mexican, Chinese, seafood, steakhouse, salad bar, coffee shop with "grab and go" options - and that is just to name a few - all was WONDERFUL!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We rode the roller coaster "BOLT" - WOW what a rush - I am 62 and my Husband is 70 and we LOVED it. My Husband went to the fitness center every day (he has gone to the gym every day since he was in junior high school) he said you could get a GREAT workout there.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
This is really just a matter of taste - we didn't care for the nightly shows - we have been on many Carnival ships and usually really enjoy the nightly shows - but not this time. We went to 3 "PG rated" comedy shows and laughed out loud - they were good.
Children's Programs
we didn't have any children with us.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
With every staff member we encountered - we were made to feel at home, they were very friendly and helpful, never made us feel rushed.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was Beautiful and clean! We really liked that the ship had spread out the different eating venues so you never felt like you were part of a herd trying to get your food. Now the main pool was always crowded on sea days but there were many other options/areas to relax in and enjoy the view.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We really enjoyed our cabin. We loved opening the balcony door and listening to the waves, what a great sound to listen to while drifting off to sleep at nap time. Now, of course the air conditioning would shut off when the door was open - but we were OK with that. The size was typical of a cruise ship, the colors were really nice and you didn't feel crowded when you first walked in because the bed was next to the balcony door and the couch /dressing table was closest to the entry door - very nice. The way they have redone storage for your clothes is FANTASTIC!!! They keep your room clean but you can tell it has been used many times, the carpet felt funny to us and the couch had a few stains on it but nothing to get upset about - we are both clean freaks -so we noticed these things.
Ship tip
Use the Hub App!!! I am NOT an App person but went to the Service desk to get help using it and boy oh boy am I glad I did. It was very useful and really made things easier.
BEAUTIFUL!!! We road the "Skyride to Paradise Point" WOW - we had been there 3 other times and EVERY time we go to "Paradise Point" WOW WOW WOW - will do it again.
