Review summary

Do NOT USE This travel agency...Tina was aweful! Didn't give us great options. Absolutely no follow through on what she told us and literally told me 'i don't know' when I asked questions.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Got right on with minimal waiting. Impressed.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was good but the waits were SO long.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Splash pad was awesome! Pools were full but you could always find a spot. Roller coaster was cool and ropes course neat!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Stage shows were not my thing but the comedy was awesome! Piano bar player was not very good but the violin group was amazing!

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My kids LOVED IT!!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our dining room waiter was nice but SO slow. Not stellar service but all was fine.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Cool ship. I wish they had more outdoor areas to sit.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
It was miserably small. You couldn't get off the bed cause it was essentially at the wall. You had to climb off the bed. We had a pack and play in the extremely small space we had. Our travel agent never gave us reasonable upgrades.

Ship tip

Don't do an interior room. Upgrade to a premium interior room.

Disembarkation

Took hours to get off with a birth certificate. They had 2 customs agents for literally thousands of people with birth certificates.

Only used Carnival PVP Nicole Dudley for over 20 cruises. Passport 🛂 is the only way to go. Glad you had a good time.

Looks like you have learned about passports

If you can’t find a good local travel agency, it’s almost always best to book directly yourself. The online agencies seem to have inexperienced employees with lots of turnover. Getting a passport is the best option if traveling out of the country at least once per year. That will usually speed up the boarding and debarkation process.

Oops, always get a passport

Sorry your TA wasn’t helpful. The size of the cabins are disappointing for me. Not sure I want to try this class. Glad you are considering your next cruise.

That's why we book thru a Carnival PVP and travel with a passport.

Sorry you were disappointed with your cruise.

It’s ALWAYS best to travel with a passport for many reasons. No one has ever complained about traveling with a passport.
