This vacation was a great - Get back to vacationing after COVID! I felt completely safe, because Carnival added hand-washing stations all over the ship! The food selection was a cut-above competitors, and the entertainment was excellent! I just wish my articles were not taken from my cabin.

The food selection was nice, and I have to give the dining crew in the Palm a big thumbs up! Mielle, Eva, Razvan and the rest of the crew made the experience wonderful! Guys Burger Joint is always my #1 and the Pizza Parlor is too! ChaBang was new for me, and I loved it! Great selection and combination of two cultures!

Who needs activities when the Cruise Director is Kendall! Kendall earns every "red cent" Carnival pays her! I have never seen a cruise director with so much energy! I thought Chloe from a previous cruise was the best ever! Chloe is good, but Kendall is definitely a "BOSS" for real!
Entertainment

Kendall rocked every show, the DJ's, musicians, and performers were excellent! The Calipso drummer rocked the party and had the ship grooving and hanging out enjoying the sunshine.

Dining room staff was a 20 on a scale from 1 to 10. Like I said before, Mielle, Eva, Razvan and crew in the dining room was one of the best dining room teams out of my nine cruises! This team ranked in my top two crews, and I am almost inclined to give them the #1 spot.
Room Steward James was good, but someone stole my Tommy Hilfiger sweat suit. I think, the thought process was, take one outfit and the customer will not miss it, but I am a disabled Vet, and I needed that outfit to wear home. Without that outfit, my family had to for go our travel home plans, lose money, and go immediately home because I did not have the clothing needed to travel comfortably.
Ship Quality

Very clean, nice layout, and the elevators met the capacity of the demand of the ship. The important feature that caught my attention was the hand washing stations everywhere on the ship! That was a key factor in not spreading COVID or flu! I wore a mask and saw others with masks on and no bothered us! Cruise ship staff gave the masked customers a lot of respect and navigated around us carefully!
Cabin / Stateroom

Pillows were better than any 5-star hotel, beds were comfortable, cabin was really clean, and the balcony was perfect with no obstructions of view!

Try all the dining options available and experience all the amenities and events offered! Did you know -- getting a massage can help you lose weight ladies! Yes, I lost 10 lbs on my cruise!
I have never disembarked in 10 minutes before in my life! Plane, train, or bus! The disembarkation process began, and I went to the instructed level for departure. I walked off the ship, passed the U.S. Customs process and was in my car in a total of 15 minutes. Carnival has this process down to a SCIENCE now!
