This was a first time cruise for our family! We enjoyed the Mardi Gras ship. It was one of the two newer liners and the activities and room it has is unbelievable. The ship Director Kyndall Fire was absolutely great, her professionalism was above board!

The food was a little bland, however Emrils restaurant was excellent for shrimp & grits. Shaqs Big Chicken was delicious. I was disappointed in the Rudy seafood grill and 555 Fahrenheit steakhouse in that the price you pay the food should have been better.

Professional and Polite at all times. Very helpful and the fact they are away from their families on a Christmas cruise to help and serve us speaks volumes.

There was a towel animal everyday. I looked forward to coming back to the room to see what was next.

If available try and get rooms on the lower floors so the elevator ride won’t be an issue. 10 and below allows you to do steps if elevators are full
