Review summary

For what it was it was ok. I would never sail on Madi Gras again. Carnival has really went down since the last time we cruised. I was excited at first to sail on the new Ship, but after the experience I had on that ship 11/12/2022-11/19/2022 never would i recommend that to anyone

Our Waiter in the dining room The palms restaurant on the 7th floor was excellent, Numeriano Team Lead server Renan Team server Marciol, they where the best. The cleaning crew was terrible on deck 11 room 11206

The room was never cleaned they put dirty pillowcases on our bed along with sheets, and bugs was in the bed and the shower. I was bitten on my arms and legs
