Food and staff in main dining room were great. Bonsai Teppanyaki was worth the money but noisier than expected. Passengers in marketplace were rude and pushy

Be expected to spend double on BJ tables than other ships. Very disappointing. Bolt was exciting and well worth the price.

Service and Staff

With the exception of guest services everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful I wanted to book another cruise and was on my on to complete on one of two tablets. I was able to log onto my account and got to a point of booking my next cruise and was not able to complete. Answer from guest services was that I had to purchase the Wi-Fi package. I nicely told him he didn’t know what he was talking about and figured it out on my own and was able to complete my booking without purchasing the Wi-Fi package.

Nice size and lots of storage room. Bathroom is smaller but manageable. Love the glass shower door. Was concerned that it would be noisy since it is located directly across from the Family Harbor Lounge but it was not. It was so nice to go have breakfast there and not be crowded.

Ship tip

Be prepared to 1- do a LOT of walking, 2- wait on elevators, 3-pay more to play in the casino, 4-enjoy the food,5-have a great time!

Appreciate your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of the ship size. Personally I feel like they are getting too big.

Definitely agree with your review and like the smaller ships better as well but my better half likes larger ships with the whole mall feel so I guess for going that way lol, have the Celebration and the Jubilee booked. Thanks for your review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
