Ship tip

You need to try Mardi Gras Carnival’s Kitchen Cooking class. They have several options to choose from. We chose tailgating. We would definitely do it again.

We did the Boss Underwater Adventure excursion. It was a good experience - very cool! We took a bus ride to our excursion. Our tour guide was good. Honduras reminds me a lot of Jamaica, it’s extremely poor. I would not feel comfortable just walking around. The ride back to the cruise ship was an interesting one.. there are no stop signs or traffic lights. 🙈 talk about a crazy ride!

Our ship was Carnival Mardi Gras. They were extremely organized at getting passengers on and off the ship. This was our first time having a suite, which meant priority boarding and disembarkation. We were in our car at 7:21 AM on the road driving home. It was crazy! Btw, the suite was so worth it. It will be hard to go back to regular cabin…

Thanks for update! I cannot wait for 10 days when it will be my first time on Mari Gras. Originally had first cruise booked on her out of NYC.

Appreciate your feedback. That shower looks awesome. I’m not sure I’d ever leave my cabin with all the amenities you shared. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
