Review summary
Mardi Gras is my favorite ship in the Carnival Ship. This was our first time and we loved it. The amount of places to eat and drinks are amazing. It might not be for everyone but we enjoyed it very much. Is beautiful and has something for everyone. Make sure to plan you meals to eat in all the different places and beware that you will walk a lot during your vacation.Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Cucina del Capitano
Get the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of spaghetti carbonara for a delicious and filling meal
Chibang!
The lunch menu is great, especially the churro for desert.
Flamingo Restaurant
We dined at the MDR 4 times. The menu was good and the meals were pretty good. Service was pretty speedy. I think the assigned dining helps to dine faster.
Pizzeria del Capitano
Long lines during times where everything else is closed, but they are very tasty.
Lido Marketplace
With so many options the buffet is a bit lackluster. Very simple and poor selections
Guy's Burger Joint
Always delicious and tasty
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Mardi Gras Theater
Love the new seating design. But is a bit small for the capacity of the ship
BOLT Ultimate Sea Coaster
Nothing like it. Super fun and the views are awesome. A must do at least once

Ship tip
It is a big ship. If you are on a full sailing prepare to wait for the elevator a bit longer than usual and get early for shows. Also, try all the dining options you will not regret it.
