Overall the ship was great and we would sail on it again. There’s a few kinks that need to be worked out, but nothing major enough for us to complain about. Be ready to hear lots of passengers complaining. It was very annoying. How can you complain while on a cruise?? We had a good time and it was nice to finally be cruising again.

Food wasn’t great in main dining room. It always made our stomach hurt. Rudi’s was amazing and they give you so much food. Drinks were great. We didn’t eat the buffet.

We loved hanging out in the hot tub on the serenity. The hot tubs are huge on this ship

Ship Quality

Ship was clean and well maintained but the layout was very different than other ships. It wasn’t terrible, but there was so much walking to do to get to everything.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was our first time having a balcony. It was nice to sit out there in the mornings and drink coffee but I don’t think we’ll pay extra for a balcony again. We just don’t spend enough time in the room for that. The cabin was definitely much smaller than other ships but wasn’t an issue for us.
Ship tip
It’s a huge ship so be prepared to do A LOT of walking
Our catamaran excursion was cancelled due to rain unfortunately. I think we would have liked this port more if we had an excursion booked but without one there wasn’t much to see or do.
Grand Turk is our new favorite stop. The beaches are beautiful. We went snorkeling and then walked down to Jack Shack and got some food and beer. It was so good and fun. We didn’t want to get back on the ship
I was so concerned about debarkation after reading everyone’s reviews but we were off the ship and on our shuttle 10 minutes after they called our muster station. It was great
