Review summary

Had a great time, ship is very nice and an upgrade for Carnival. However, be careful, we saw a lot of guests trip and fall on the ship due to a lot of stairs and uneven floors.

Would have been a 5m but the app wasn't working so it took a little longer to get on the ship.

Main dinning room service was good, food was just ok. Ledo buffet was bad, specialty restaurants were better, with the steakhouse being the best.

Coaster and ropes course were very good.

Comedy club was great as always and game shows were a lot of fun. Trivia was very good and nightly shows were ok.

Service and Staff

housekeeping and bar staff were excellent. Dinning room was good. Ledo buffet average and the specialty restaurant staff were great.

Pretty but too big

I would not go back on this ship, because not all of the staff but most were rude,and did not seem to care about you are your issues. Plus I am a smoker and not being able to smoke for 11 hours is not even close to customer satisfaction.
