Guy’s BBQ is just like the burgers or Shaq’s chicken - if they’re open, just go to the counter and order, no reservations needed. Note that while Guy’s Smokehouse is complimentary for this first year of sailings, it will eventually be an upcharge like other specialty restaurants on Mardi Gras. We didn’t eat at Emeril’s, but I think it’s the same that no reservations are needed. Emeril’s isn’t complimentary fyi.

There is an up charge for Emiril’s. the food was amazing but the service was slow. It was the only time it was slow on the cruise for us.

Emerils is an up charge but its so worth it. It is slow but I think that is the point. Enjoy. If you are talking about Guys Pig and Anchor, you do have to wait for a table. We didn’t eat the two times we were on Mardi Gras but did hang out a bit and that place is always packed. There is an up charge here as well. Can’t wait to experience Carnival Celebration as it looks way different for both venues.
