You can when shops open but for best outcome you start wearing them a few days before cruising and then during cruise.

If you are prone to sea sickness don’t wait to board the ship. And don’t take Dramamine. It will make you tired. We use a product called Meclizine HCI Antiemetic. You can purchase this from a pharmacist as it’s behind the counter (at least at Target) or I believe on Amazon. It is non drowsy. Its not a prescription and you take it starting 24 hours before you cruise and each day of the cruise. My husband is prone to seasickness and since we started taking this he has never had an issue. Talk to your pharmacy, they should be able to help
