Port Everglades is always efficient and well organized. Could some things have been a little different? Yes... But considering that there is always different opinions, the port personal has it narrowed down

Service was top. We had an issue during the muster drill where we told the attendant that my wife couldn’t be standing directly in the sunlight (medical reasons and we had proof of disability with us) and the response was that she didn’t care and we had to stand there like everyone else... We have taken several cruises and we always find a way to accommodate ourselves without bothering others but we simply can’t risk ruining a vacation for the attitude of others... a very nice gentleman who was next to us saw what happened and switched places with my wife so she wasn’t in the sun. Provlem solved. We talked to the Customer Service desk and no one followed up with us after that incident... oh well. That didn’t ruined our vacation and we had a blast

The smallest cabin we have ever been on... It had a septic smell but the cabin attendant took care of it.

Ship tip

Great ship for short getaway... if you are adventurous and always want something different to do, this is not the ship for you... more than 4 days and you will go crazy... if you are looking for relaxation, this is it
