Review summary

At times, it felt like we were not meant to take this cruise. Originally we were going to Key West and Cuba, then changed to Key West/Nassau and finally shortened to 3 days and just Nassau due to the hurricane. It turned out to be quite nice. The ship was only about 1 third full which made for passenger to crew ratio 1-1. We were looking for quiet and relaxing, and we got it, along with great food, just enough entertainment and a beautiful cruise (though too short) to a very nice destination. Appreciate Royal Caribbean looking out for us and doing their best to provide and enjoyable experience.

Dining room was beautiful, food was top-notch with good variety to choose from. Never had a meal I didn't love. Service was excellent and staff always friendly and professional.

Onboard Activities

Deck chairs at the pool were easy to find, Enjoyed several of the trivia and game show activities. Music was also great.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Only attended 1 show, the Lionel Richie experience. It was pretty good.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Very accommodating. There was nothing we needed and couldn't get answers to or help for. Everyone was friendly and happy to help us - very pleasant.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Perfectly fine and well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
A little on the small side, but comfortable and clean. I was happy with the cabin.

Ship tip

For a small ship, there are lots of places to explore - from the somewhat hidden places on deck 12 to the wrap around walking area on deck 7. Very easy to get from one end to the other and find your way. My tip is give yourself time explore.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

One of the easiest embarkations I've been through.

Nassau, Bahamas

Pretty touristy, but pretty. Didn't do an excursion. Just a little shopping and lunch. First time to try cracked conch sliders.
