Day 1 was a bit disappointing. It was like the crew was not prepared. However, the remainder of the trip was A1. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from.

Sat outside on decks poolside. Nice atmosphere.

Excellent entertainment. Honestly, one of the best and most memorable.

Housekeeping (Avon) was the BEST! Dining room staff got better on Day 2 and for the remainder of the cruise. Overall, very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

Carpet and furniture is outdated. But overall, a very clean ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was much smaller than expected. Cleanliness of the room was excellent.
Don't think I'll book a trip to Costa Maya ever. This was what we got in place of Cuba. Nothing to write home about. And could've just stayed on the ship. No excursions.
XPLOR excursion took us from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen via ferry. Didn't have time to visit this port. But excursion was well worth every penny we paid.
