Would not ever go on this ship again! Too old and dirty! Should be retired if this is the way they operate.
Frankly, due to this experience, I'm not sure I will go on RC again.

This area a was truly good. The food was delicious and the services were great in the main dining room.
Now, the buffett was another story....you had real trouble getting help? The stewards stood around and talked with one another instead of helping guests. If you couldn't get it yourself then you were in trouble.
Onboard Activities

Couldn't watch movies at night because people were in the pool. Went to musicals but would've been nice to have something else? And, I couldn't believe that unless you drink alcohol the entire ship closed down at 11:00. We were awake and couldn't sleep so we thought we'd go get something to drink......well, forget that!! Everything was shut down until 6:00 in the morning. Really, no one deserves courteous except the drunks?

Very tight and you had trouble getting in and out . And, the smoking was a killer!!! Tried several times to get in but was just too many people standing around.
Service and Staff

Room steward really tried but if you don't have enough room to get on each side of bed......how can you really make bed? Then the sham was torn. The spread was dirty...no, not clean.
Our dining room waiters were awesome and the food very good.
The coffee cafe "Lattitudes" was rude and just didn't want to wait on us and we came home with almost full coffee card...... $31 wasted.

I do not know about the upper part of ship but deck 3 was guilty!!! The closets were so dirty that you didn't want to put anything there but you didn't have choice as you didn't have dresser. Our friends were on 9th floor and said there's were bigger and very clean? This is the first time we haven't been on the top decks; so, i guess money is key?
Cabin / Stateroom

Terrible! Terrible! This is our 14 th cruise (2nd with RC) and I have never seen such a dirty cabin in all those cruises! You may have redone top decks but believe me this cabin hasn't been touched!! Every covering on the bed was torn, dirty and thread bare. You felt like you had just entered the very cheapest hotel room on the wrong side of town. We couldn't wait for the cruise to be over!! And, the mattress wasn't thick enough to be called a mattress. Very, very sad!
Ship tip
Don't book a cabin below deck 9 ! Or sleep on furniture in atrium. Much cleaner and more comfortable.
Very busy and crowded. And, we wouldn't have missed anything by staying on deck. Wandered too close to the beach near Atlantis and was informed that it was private beach and you must pay $70 to walk on beach. Please. What happen to free water?
