The food at the breakfast and lunch were so instant food it wasn't funny. So we tried ordering in our cabin..brought it all cold food, not what we ordered, even cold coffee. They picked it up and took it off our bill.

When you go on a cruise you expect better than normal..if you wanted a little better for instance Lobster you have to pay an extra fee.

When you gamble you gamble but when the machines are rigged not to give you the correct money that's another thing. Got tired of calling someone over to fix the machines.

The waiter for the dining room was awesome. Changing our table 3 times was not. Not his fault.

There was a fire on the 4th floor and we could smell the fumes in our cabin for 3 days. Also, the last day we could smell the fumes from the sewer.
Cabin / Stateroom

We heard rumbling all night we thought it was the University kids, but we were below the kitchen and there was pounding and dragging of the cart until 4:30 in the morning...to pay extra for a Junior Suite to think we were getting a better room is a joke.
Ship tip
Get on a new ship and just pay for a regular room with a balcony, not worth the price to get a Suite
We couldn't wait to get off and get home. Was very disappointing...if they didn't think that we were right they wouldn't have put a coupon for 25% off our next cruise..We won't use Royal C. again.
