Review summary

I'm glad we took this last minute cruise on the Royal Caribbean. Next cruise I would select a larger ship and a balcony or mini-suite, but overall it was a wonderful getaway.

Embarkation

Very quick and easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Very nice, except for the pizza station.

Sorrentos Pizza

The pizza cheese used was disgusting and the pizza tasted raw. We tried on 2 different occasions and never went back.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cabin Steward - "Eco" was excellent, went above and beyond to make our cruise a memorable experience. Our Dining servers - "Standley" and especially "Putu" made our dining experience lovely.

Cabin / Stateroom

Inside cabin's are very small and limited space around the bed. We are use to selecting a balcony or mini-suite when we cruise, but decided to take a last minute cruise and thought we would just get an inside cabin. This was a great experience because we know now to plan ahead and secure a mini-suite or balcony cabin on future cruises.

Ship tip

Smaller older ship, not as fancy and fewer balcony rooms, but staff will make the cruise enjoyable.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Delayed 1 hr due to rough weather and delay in docking, but once cleared the disembarkation was seamless.
