Review summary

Best part of the cruise was actually being on the ship, meeting new people, mainly the employees. I find them much more interesting than the people who are cruising and way more grateful for life in general. The weather was horrible so once again, no visit to Cococay which is the main reason we love this cruise and to get out of Orlando. It's hit or miss tho and no one controls the weather so you just make the best of it. Stayed in Nassau overnight on this trip but didn't get to Nassau until 4 something and it was awful weather there too so no beach stuff this trip. This is when you just make the best of what you have and we spent 4$ pp each way and enjoyed parts of Atlantis we've never done before and had fun not worrying about getting back to the ship by midnight bc we had until 5 or 6 am. Moral of the story, always prepare for plan B when cruising and don't ever expect perfection and beautiful weather. If you get the cruise that comes with a perfect weather scenario, consider this a gift and blessing because if you do enough, the rainy cruise will come so just have a back up plan! Although not great weather, the employees on Majesty were some of the most amazing ever and other than the actual cruise director (not a fan) these guys are at the top!!

Room is small as always but our attendant, Floyd was over the top and one of the best I've ever had. He went over and above his normal duties to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We left our keys in the room when we left the ship and he even made sure they got down to security so when I returned to the ship via park and cruise they had my keys and this was a huge deal!! Floyd deserves a promotion, raise and to be a manager!!

Ship tip

There's always so much going on, you can't do anything so figure out what you like to do or want to try, read the cruise compass thoroughly and keep with you! If you miss something, don't stress, do something else and book another cruise!

Usually I would give this smiley face but we didn't get to go so this review is in line with this cruise. There were so many disappointed people, some even in tears bc we missed cococay but the weather was horrible and most everything there is water related so they couldn't have done what they wanted to anyway. Book another cruise here in Dec or Jan when the weather is usually perfect but always have a back up plan.

You can call Royal and they will tell you. I think he come back next year.

Who replaced him? Or is he still on the ship?

Who was the cruise director? The one we had two weeks ago was on his last cruise for a couple of months so he could spend time with his family. Not sure of his name but always says bing bong
