to begin the room was too small..bed was against wall and would hit bathroom

wall to get out of bed.

We believe gratuity should not be added to statement and $12.99 each is too

much. We should decide what to give.

Always seems to be a gimmick to add money.

Window in rom is useless because if opened, people can see in our room,so

we kept closed.

Realize due to hazard current  water, we could not land on Coco Cay therefore

full package was not honored. should have been compensated in some way.

even if it was a lobster dinner ,free massage, something. some dollar amount taken off statement.Didn't receive entire package , which is not our fault.

Food was average everywhere, no flavor.Food area closed too early and had to settle for smaller food selections, Something , should be open 24hrs.

Maitre d  in starlight was very good and always cared if we were satified.

Alberto in starlight was always very pleasant ,helpful and quick.

through much waiting and a do, we finally were given 7042. Due to smallness of room due to personal injury could not get out of bed properly.
