The crew were excellent, but the amenities could have been better. It's amazing that there aren't rest rooms on all floors and that the rest rooms are hard to find.

Most dinners were excellent but steak was not. The food in the Windjammer was not great.

Royal bus crew were excellent, but American Airlines lost one of our bags.

Had to pay Royal $37 to have our lost bag delivered from the airport to the ship. I didn't think this was fair and am trying to get American Air to refund us.
