Review summary

This was my first cruse and I really liked it. My room was very clean and kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the buffet better than the fancy dining. The food at the fancy dining was alright but it took a while sometimes to get things like bread. I enjoyed the buffet as I said because I could get more veggies and fruit also the sushi was really yummy! I rarely ate lunch with them (because I'm not much of a lunch eater when I'm traveling) but the breakfast was alright. They could work on the eggs (which I know is hard from experience to get right for everyone's taste) and the bacon- the bacon was really too greasy and limp. They had a library with lots of games and live music near the same area to listen too. The acts were ok. The pool sucked! I really enjoy a pool I can swim in and this one you can't. It's more of a "hey look at me in the water" type of pool. The rock wall was cool!

Trust me- these people do keep a clean ship! The layout was good and things were easy to get to.

Ports of call

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

This was my least liked. I have fair skin and need shade. There were several places to get shade without having to get an umbrella but you have to get there either early or just after lunch. With that said, I didn't like that if you wanted to do anything other than walk around, swim, or layout there wasn't anything else free to do! Bring a book!!!! We walked around the island and loved the nature and tide pools we discovered. That was our favorite part.
Don't Miss: The Tide Pools- if you are willing to walk a bit

Nassau, Bahamas

My biggest problem with this port is how all the locals beg for money-- so just watch out. They will "help" you find a restaurant and then ask for money. They will give you "tour" and then ask for money. So be careful in the tourist areas. We got off the beaten path and then the people were so friendly. They live very poorly and non tourist parts of the island are very trashy. But we had a great time walking all over the island and talking to locals. We walked about 10 miles but we really covered a lot of the island.
Don't Miss: The Epospical chruch just off the main drag was absolutly beautiful and very historic.

Key West, Florida

I liked Key West. I didn't see as much as I liked because we didn't have a lot of time here. I will be going back. But the shopping here was lots of fun and just talking to people. People for the most part were very friendly.
Don't Miss: The southern most part of the 48 monument

Pros: The Ports of call

Cons: the pool on the ship
