Review summary

An excellent vacation to "get away" without the hassle of planning. The service was outstanding and the dinner food exceptional. The ship itself was spotlessly clean. Apparently it is a bit small compared to newer ships, but I felt it was just right.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The formal dining was excellent! I highly recommend the "My Time Dining." You need to pay your gratuities up front, but you'll want to leave those anyway and this option gives you flexibility to eat dinner. We ate at 6, 8:30, 7, and 8: based on our desires. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was just "fair".

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Spotless! Ship was right size to not overwhelm the ports of call with people, so it felt even more spacious. Age of ship showed just a little.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cheapest window stateroom was perfectly comfortable and cleaned impecably.

Ports of call

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

Lunch was a disorganized buffet, but otherwise real nice. This is Royal Caribbean's private island, so I wouldn't recommend doing any excursions (we didn't). But chilling on the beach or in a hammock after a busy day at Nassau was great.
Don't Miss: Hammocks in the shade

Nassau, Bahamas

Snorkeling with Seahorse snorkeling was amazing! I am a scuba diver, so this is a pretty level review: it was cool and the reef we saw was worth it!
Don't Miss: Snorkeling

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Busy island with lots of activities and touristy things (take a picture at the southern most part of the continental USA!) Hogs breath bar was kind of overrated.
Don't Miss: Rent a scooter and see the entire island

Pros: Excellent service and dining

Cons: Felt a bit nickel and dimed
