Review summary
I have been on MSC, Starclipper, etc. and felt this cruiseline was inferior by far. We felt like we were in a factory being processed like products. The cell phone charge was $7.95 per minute-much higher than other lines! I saw the Steward one time and the Guest Relations staff was almost rude and not very helpful. We expected to be treated better. The ship was not glamorous at all. The suite room was very plain and small-not worth the extra money. I will not go on this line again. The only pros were that the music was decent, room service ok and the spa staff was good. Try any other line.Ship experiences
