Review summary

Our overall experience was quite favorable, although there were at least 2 major negatives. #1 the buffet style food in the Windjammer was NEVER served hot. I think my wife became ill because of it. And #2, we purchased a Soda package, that gave us free refills for the duration of the cruise. The guy selling it told us it cost $4 per cup, but when we got our bill, it was more than 6 times that much. Lesson learned: before you sign for ANYTHING, read the front and back of the document. And, ALWAYS keep your receipts!! Other than those issues, we enjoyed the cruise. The staff were professional and friendly. The ship was always clean, and well maintained.

Food and Dining

Windjammer food was ALWAY served lukewarm (even the Jell-O)

Service and Staff

Everyone was great. The only slight problem I had was with guest services, in reference to the 'bait and switch' Soda Package scam.

Our attendant was the best.

Ports of call

Key West, Florida

3 out of 5
We took the Taste of Key West walking tour. Not exactly what we expected, but it was okay. We thought there would be more food and drink, (only had 5 smaples) and less history. It seemed like it was being managed by the local Chamber of Commerce.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Our favorite day. We enjoyed 'rubbing elbows' in the open air market, while bartering for the best deal with the local vendors.
Don't Miss: Open air tent market

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

1 out of 5
Least favorite day. Beach was too crowded to enjoy.

Pros: Visiting Nassau

Cons: Lukewarm food serve in Windjammer
