Only gripe was that it is impossible to see the headline shows unless you go way in advance 1 hour plus ... they really need a booking system for those

The grossest tea creations are made by pretty boy Milan Savic and his loyal helpers in the International Cafe, located in the Plaza. Captain, I want you to know that Milan is "very" creative... I attempted to order tea. I had the name of the tea and a picture of it on my phone. My husband had previously ordered it, so I knew what to expect. I was very specific that it must be cold. They evidently did not feel like making it as requested, they looked at me laughing, rolling their eyes. They tried to make the tea four times, each time was a disaster. Customers behind me were shaking their heads. Finally, when I mentioned that I wanted to speak to the Hotel General Manager, they walked away and disappeared. I did not receive the correct tea. I immediately reported this to the front desk, showing them the four unsuccessful attempted tea efforts. The front desk staff could not believe the poor results, and how unprofessional they appeared. I also reported this to the Food and Beverage Director. He was apologetic, but I do not know if he took any action. Hopefully, someone will look into this failure of service.

This was our cruise for our Honeymoon. We really enjoyed it met some lovely people who we had dinner with most nights. A lot of elderly people on this cruise.

The Majestic Princess maybe the newest and beautiful but they needed to put more installation in the walls and bring the best pizza at sea back. NZ beautiful. Oct 25 2018

We wanted to try the Majestic Princess as it is relatively new. It was nice. We thought the crew were a bit preoccupied with each other and the service was a lacking compared to other ships. We enjoyed the cruise and like any holiday, it’s what you make it. We missed not going to Bay of Islands and two of the ports visited were disappointing. I probably wouldn’t take another NZ cruise if it didn’t visit the Bay of Islands.

Very happy for a first cruise & we were told that it will be hard to beat in comparison to other cruise ships. Just needs some tweaks here & there & it could be the best of the best. Overall 8/10

only complaints are the lobster in the burger bar and a lot of the passengers asked for the pool temperature to be warmer but to no avail

We are back after 13 nights cruising on the Majestic Princess around New Zealand. The ship was heaps nice and the staff heaps nice. A very nice ship to go cruising on. Just one complaint the entertainment for both the Princess Theatre and the Vista Lounge was poor the only show that was new and extremely good was the Fantastic Journey show. There was one night when both locations didn't even have a show on, we never experienced that before. The food as always extremely good and the whole ship well run. We was lucky to get on the Chefs table at $125 per person but what an Awesome experience it was. If you can save for it do it as it is worth every dollar. 😎 What a wonderful holiday it was and again full of happy memories and photos.

would do it again, kids had fun having travelled on celebrity in the Mediterranean. They said this was better, but they were a bit dissapointed with the food (buffet), and enjoyed the excursions and speciality dining

She's a huge ship, lots of places to explore. We were on her first cruise to nz in 2018

My first cruise and we picked a beauty. From staff to service to food and entertainment. I was blown away

Ok for cruise, love the lotus spa (cost extra) but I do not like being constrained on port time. Returns were always earlier than Itinerary had stated. Very disappointing.

Did this one previously and it rained every day, so this time in perfect weather conditions it was a completely different experience, I would recommend this trip to all.

8th princess cruise..embarking great and easy..thin walls.Hear neighbours every word..food..poor in dining room and buffett.Allegro our waiter was so busy taking orders to feed us and toss us out socthe next lot could come in..Only went twice..Buffet..not as wonderful as video would have you believe..nobody washes there hands.So contamination spreads on the food serving spoons.henve coughs and cold were everywhere...inner cabin folk once again hog all the cafe seating all day everyday..even grumpy when you go to get cake they want the chair and snarl went you say its taken

As a new ship for Asian market it should stay there. Small bathrooms and small theater seats. Pizza was not 24hrs or you could do room service for $3. Drinks were watered down. Staff were awesome, shout out to Andrew our activities director. Amril our room steward D514, Louie our dinning room waiter.

Had a great time on this beautiful ship ... we did the maiden voyage out of Sydney to Fiji, Vanuatu & New Caladonia. The voyage was smooth, the food was great, the entertainment was awesome & the crew were some of the nicest i've met (not that i've encountered bad crew ) even though it was a huge ship with lots of people on board we never had much of a line up or wait for anything. It would have been nice if there was a longer walking track but that is nothing major i just did more laps 😁 the adults only pool is soooo deep it is 6ft 11😉 but a lovely spot to enjoy a kid free space with a lot of different places to sit either in a group or couples or on your own. There was always something to do if you wanted to. Will definately look at sailing on this gorgeous ship again ⛴⛴

Great ship nice to have a new ship 4000+ passengers but never found it to busy most days walk around and only saw a few people plenly of deck chairs to lay in the sun the food was great staff very frendly room clean and tidy and a good size
