Review summary

The boat is sparkling new, but so is the staff. We spent a portion of every single cruise day at the guest services desk ironing out problems with billing and service issues.

The beds were loved by some in our party and hated by others. The cabin, however, was spacious. The TV did not work the first nite and the internet was never functioning in the room throughout the cruise.

I'm glad I didn't book my cruise on this new ship after reading so many bad reviews on lack of services. I chose same itinerary /ports on Royal Princess due to a staff member recommending the older ship/same ports
