Highest rating possible. The Maasdam dancers were perfect and the 4 singers were amazing(especially the lead female Barrie Linberg). Some of the guest performers were really good, especially Jeri Segar and Julie Barr.

They are getting ready for a complete makeover in about 10 months so some of the ship looks like it needs it.

Cabin / Stateroom

The rooms were clean but the bathroom looks very old. The hair dryer became too hot to hold after a very short time. The cabin stewards were very good. Always had a smile and kept the rooms very clean.

Stay on the ship and make it a spa day.

Pros: The entertainment onboard the ship was terrific. The Maasdam performers were top notch. The lead female singer was amazing.

Cons: The DJ Matt was too corny. He would say he was going to tell a bad joke, then he would tell it. Come on. Don't make excuses for poor material. Get better stuff.

Recommends Maasdam? Yes!

I took a similar cruise on Celebrity. I did visit Anne Of Green Gables house. I loved all the ports. The scenery was beautiful.
