Learned my lesson. Too hot in summer months down in carribean. Going in late fall and early spring would have been more decent.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate in the michangelo resteraunt for dinner. Was able to be done with dinner in time to watch either a show or the sunset. Windjammer was crazy busy. Especially on sea days. Port days were easier to find a seat to sit.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Went in the pool and hot tub only 1 day. That was when we were in port and the ship was pretty much empty. Otherwise you couldn't find a deck chair as people had towels on them saving them. Pools and hot tubs were always packed on sea days.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Saturday night fever was the best show of the cruise. Also watched a juggler/comedian, eagles tribute, love and marriage show was entertaining.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Staff in dining room were pretty good. Room steward we had to ask every day for ice.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Crew was always seen cleaning or wiping something down. Layout of ship wasn't the best. Kids had to walk through the solarium as it was in middle of deck 11.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
1st time we have had a cabin in front of the ship. Usually we do middle or back of a ship. Was able to have a view of the helicopter pad.
Ship tip
Make sure you bring patience on this ship. Long lines for the stores, buffet, and can't find a lounge chair as people get up early and put towels on the deck chairs.
Got off ship and looked around near port. Paid $5 to go up light house and take pictures. Didn't stay long as real feel was 110 degrees. Went back to ship to the air conditioner.
Got to spend 2 days here seeing we couldn't go to bermuda due to hurricane. Loved the colors of the water here. Got to see sea turtles from the ship. Went swimming in grand turk both days we were docked there.
Very fast. Stood in line for about 20 minutes. They opened the doors and let us off at 7:30 AM. Was through the terminal and customs and in car by 7:50 AM.
Thanks for your detailed review. We avoid the Caribbean during the summer and hurricane season. Instead we cruise Alaska or New England / Canada during the summer and the Caribbean in the winter when temperatures are in the 80s and the islands are not as crowded.
That’s too funny, because it is cooler in the Caribbean in the summer than it is in Texas in the summer! 🥵. Glad you enjoyed your cruise! A cruise ANYTIME is good! 🛳️🦩🌸🏖️🤿🕶️💃🌴🦀🛳️😎
Appreciate your feedback. Agree completely that the Caribbean is too hot in the Summer. We like to sail in October and January when it’s cold in Colorado. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
