We had a very nice cruise & our only issue was 4 in our party ended up sick toward the end. So it ended on a sour note which was something that just happened I suppose. Not quite sure but seemed like norovirus. Their room steward had sanitized their room & he allowed them to stay at debarkation till they were called. He knew they were feeling bad & he made a difference for them. Just wish all could had stayed well.

Our experience in the dining room was warm & inviting every evening & we were a family of 12. Our servers, Hayati & Gunadarma made sure we were happy with our food choices each evening. We enjoyed the variety of different foods & if we preferred a different side, it was exchanged for us without any hesitation.

The ice show was spectacular! The theatre production was amazing for a ship to do! We felt not the best choice for kids & a bit long but it was an amazing show! We had watched the making of it on TV & certainly an amazing fete for the venue! We really enjoyed the ventriloquist for he was outstanding & kept the audience involved!

Our servers, Hayati & assistant Gunadarma were outstanding! They made our day & we all loved them with their guidance & smiling faces! Hayati always made sure we enjoyed our food & selections bringing us a different choice if we wanted to try it. Gunadarma served our drinks that first day & was there every nite after we sat down, with our drinks for he remembered all 12 of us & what we liked. After dinner, he was bringing us coffee & hot tea as well. The head waiter stopped by every night & was personable to each one of us. Super nice he was always smiling & sincere! Our cabin steward Hwi was really good & surprised us with towel art when we returned to our room daily. He is quite talented.

Beautiful ship! We liked that you could ask for a larger ice cream cone for our guys & with a smile & really nice! So many options for small children & older ones as well. We only saw cleanliness & a pleasant look you desire on your vacation.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our room was perfect however 2 rooms in our party had 3 people & the kids involved were teenagers adult sized. The Pullman beds were big appreciated with our 6’ plus teenagers that were heavy & no parent wanted to climb up to that bed. We booked our cruise for our family & I had not been aware of those. I did get approval for roll a way beds but there was no room in the room for those for folks to go to the bathroom during the nite vthise 2 families were extremely upset & those beds ruin the look of the nice room. A couch made out is so much better. One of our rooms for 2 had 1 chair, no short sofa so nowhere to sit for a couple except on the bed. That is not accomodating with only 1 chair. That needs fixed for unacceptable v
Excellent review. I'm glad you had a good time. We were on Liberty of the Seas last year and we had a Great time. We did the Canada New England run and that was the first time you've ever done that with any cruise line. The service that we had in the dining room and our cabin steward was phenomenal.
