I've gone on cruises and only thing on my end of cruise bill was the gratuities. Yiu did not explain or go into detail what extra charges were. If you want more than what you paid for, yes, you are going to be charged. Perhaps you are making first cruiser mistakes or you failed to do research, either way, your negative review is totally on you, and not the cruise line
