Review summary

I wouldn't hesitate to book another cruise on this ship. Some areas do need updating. Skip Nassau and take advantage of shorter lines on the ship.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The process was seamless from the moment our Uber driver dropped us off. The porter met us at the car and loaded the bags. There was plenty of check in lines and we were quickly on the ship. Remember to do as much check in with the app that you can and don't get there before your designated time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food in the Windjammer was good. Very busy at breakfast. Our main dining room waitstaff was fantastic. Food was good there as well.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The pools were great. We loved watching a movie from there. We did hope to have more than one movie played at night. Other movies played during that day. The arcade is in desperate need of an update. There are a lot of games that are broken and don't work. Others, like some of the driving games are so worn out, they were near impossible to play. The mini golf course is small but fun.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone we interacted with staff wise was great. Always got a smile and hello when passing in the halls. Our room steward kept our room clean and was available if we needed anything.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
This was a great room. It's at the back of the ship on the side. Our balcony was almost as big as the room. This room was very clean. The only downside is the bed was very firm which was too much for me. But that is all subjective.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
Seemed fine. Didn't do anything here.

Nassau, Bahamas

1 out of 5
This was the 2nd time I've been here. I didn't like it either time. There was 5 boats in port at the same time. Very crowded. It seams like if you don't book an excursion here, there is not much to do close to the port. Next time I will just stay on the ship.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
This was the first time here. Love it. The island is very clean. There are plenty of free lounge chairs with umbrellas. Food is the same as on the ship. We did a jet ski excursion which was very fun. The pool is amazing. Need at least 2 days here to see everything.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and painless.
