We enjoyed the ports but was disappointed in the ship. We have sailed on this ship before and loved it! This time we had issues with 4 things in our room. They were fixed but guest services were not very nice about it!

Enjoyed all the productions but one. Also the broadway production Saturday night fever, we had seen either the last time we were on this ship or on another ship. It was good, just disappointed that we had seen it.

Service and Staff

Waiters were good. Staff greeting at the windjammer were great. Room steward was ok, nothing over the top, room not always cleaned. Guest services were quite rude when told about our issues.

Didn’t notice as much cleaning going on like before covid! Figured it would be the same if not more.

Need a lot of updating. We didn’t have hot water 2 mornings, no heat and toilet didn’t always flush. The mirror in the main area as well as patio door had a lot of finger prints on them and they were not ours!
