The suite perks onboard the freedom class are amazing.

Embarkation

Many times cruising out of Bayonne, there is a lot of traffic. Not this time. Our car pulled right up and gave our luggage to the porter. The check in process was very smooth and we didn’t stop walking from the curb to onboard the ship.

Food and Dining

We had the dining package and we are at Chops, Johnny Rockets, Sabor, and Giovanni’s Table. As always, the food at chops and Giovanni’s was great. The filet and Giovanni’s is worth skipping pasta for. chops Classic menu is the same as it always has been. Johnny Rockets was disappointing, the food lacked in flavor and temperature. The grilled cheese was not melted and the burger was soaked in grease. The food at Sabor the first time was very bland and didn’t have any spice to it, the second time it was better.

Onboard Activities

The Schooner Bar where most of the Tricia is held was too small of a Venue. Plenty to do around the ship even with the rain and poor weather.

Flowrider

The staff was friendly and fun. I had the flow rider to myself for about 30 minutes since the ship was in port and nobody was there. They told me to have fun and keep going until I was done if I fell.
