Review summary

Overall great experience. However given what happened at our embarkation and being pulled aside as POI's, I would not take this cruise again. That was extremely embarrassing and could have been handled better if it was a random check!

Over the top! Lots to choose from for most. Being Vegan and gluten free I wasn't sure if there would be enough options for me. However there were more then I expected in both the buffet area and main dining each day. The staff was amazing and kind, especially our waiter Putu, who was one of the best waiters we have had. All the staff was exceptional.

We went to a private beach which was awesome. But overall not the best. Everything was very expensive, even moreso then Miami. The food wasn't great at the restaurant we ate. We were harassed by people immediately getting off the boat trying to sell us and following us.

Disembarkation

Super slow. No efficiency and took almost 2 hours. Could have opened another line. Myself and my GF were pulled aside in front of the entire crowd and line. We were called POI's (person of Interest). When pulled aside nobody would tell us anything. For 10 minutes we waited for the supervisor or someone to take us down while people in line stared as us as though we did something wrong or were criminals. It was embarrassing!! Then we were taken to a customs agent and into a room where we were the ONLY ones there and they went through all of our stuff. If this was a random secondary check, then we should have been told that when pulled out of the line. However nothing was said and very uncomfortable. For this reason alone I would probably not take this cruise again.
