The room was very dated and dirty, smelled like urine, shower was moldy.

Ship tip

On the day you leave, take your own bags. Leave your bags in the room while you go to breakfast then leave the ship with no stress.

Do not take our own luggage off the ship as we put it outside our room and housekeeping staff will take it to the proper area where all the luggage goes. It is too much for us to take off the ship and I'm not going to do that. We just got off the we didn't get away on Sunday March 26th and we had no difficulties getting off the ship and disembarkation went very well.

I'm sorry that your bathroom was dirty. What happened that your cabin was dirty you and you are supposed to put the sign to say that you want service so your cabin Steward can clean it. I was on the Norwegian Getaway and we had service every day and we got clean towels every day. There's only once a day service now with Norwegian and I'm sure with any other Cruise Line because they're always short of Staff now. Next time get in touch with the housekeeping department and just ask them to get the cabin steward to clean up the room. You don't want anybody to get in trouble but it's important that a cabin is cleaned up. I'm glad you had a good time all in all.
