Review summary

Overall the trip was pretty good. The service during the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the servers were polite, efficient, and extremely pleasant.

Eggs at the buffet were way too runny. Sometimes bacon was cooked to perfection than other days undercooked. I did not order steak but my other companions had difficulty getting their steak cooked to their satisfaction.

Did not do a lot of activities. But the some of the towels that were handed out were dirty very disappointed by this.

Very disappointed with the bar service. At one bar the servers were rude. It was unimaginable how bad the service was. I went to order water and he asked me for my card then when I asked him for my card back he said I never gave it to him. He had placed my card back at the other end of the bar and I had to retrieve it. Then he completely ignored other people in our party. It was terrible. Sometimes the drinks were not made to expectation and had to be returned. Very disappointing.

If the service is bad at one particular bar, just go to the 10-15 other bars for your drinks. I've dealt with bar tenders who seemed to be stressing out and were a little short, so I just went to the bar at the other end of pool deck......it wasn't rocket science. Funny thing about peoples "satisfaction" is that some people can't be satisfied no matter what or how nice the server is. I once had dinner at Cagney's on NCL. The lady sitting at the next table did nothing but complain, complain, complain. It almost reached a point where I was either going to ask her to stop being an elitists or ask the server if I could sit at a different table away from her. She sent ALL the food back, after eating most of it, server asked if she wanted something else, she refused, and then had the nerve to loose her mind because she was charged for everything.
