Review summary

The ship needs improvements, however mostly clean and very good food when finally seated for dinner. Very crowded, and the customer service was not helpful.

Guest service agent was not helpful and not friendly. Did not have drink server for 2 of the nights and my time dining very chaotic and waited over 30 minutes to be seated.

Size and comfort good. Bathroom had repaired damage and smelled like urine. The toilet was either stained or not cleaned well.
