Our cabin steward was very attentive to my husband, but never addressed me for some reason. Still great service. I don't know who was responsible, but we were never given robes to use in-cabin as Diamond members. We still gave the steward an additional gratuity, but were disappointed not to be able to enjoy our benefit.
