Our staff in MDR was amazing. We were late seating, table 508, level 4.

Everyone was wonderful. we just wished they still did the towel animals everyday because we loved that little surprise in the past

Only thing that was hard was 3 Rd floor didn't connect and we had to go up and down to get to where we needed to be. A navigation part to the app would have been helpful. The ship was clean and the staff was wonderful

Loved the room and balcony. Only issues with the room were we only had 2 outlets and the beds were very uncomfortable.bwe also had the bed that pulled from the ceiling for the 3rd bed and that bed was on a slant so my daughter always felt like she was falling from the bed and the Mattress was hard and lumpy. We were pleasantly surprised with the room size and layout, only issues was bed comfort and outlets.
