Review summary

Overall for my first cruise I enjoyed it, except for the food which is a big part. The staff were always so kind and work so very hard.

I had heard so much about the food on the cruises but was left very disappointed. There was an abundance of food, the food presentation was good but the taste and quality was not. We tried the Windjammer as well as the main dinning room and I hate to say it was not good. We did enjoy the pizza.

Entertainment

We were looking forward to the Saturday Night Fever and it was scaled back, due to illness which was not their fault but still disappointed.

The service and the staff were OUTSTANDING in every way.

Our cabin was very clean and kept that way at all times. If we needed anything it was provided. Our room was spacious. The beds were a little uncomfortable.

The Liberty was our first Royal cruise, fall of 2019. I felt the same way about the food. We only went to the dining room on the first night. The buffet was ok. We enjoyed the food on the promenade and Johnny Rockets the best.
