Liberty of seas cruised at top speed most of the time when we cruised her to cover it's Intenary. I do not look for it to expand as distances involved limit options for 7 day cruises. While we like cruising out of Galveston, we will no longer cruise from there when Liberty leaves as we do not share view that a ship 9000+ passangers and crew is better than one with 5000 passangers and crew.

If you are talking about the new terminal in Galveston, it is AllureOTS that will be sailing out if it in Nov 2021....not OasisOTS. With that being said I have to agree. Not sure why they don't expand and go other places, but that is not my circus, not my monkey.......I just get on the ship to get away! Glad you enjoyed your cruise!
