So fast to get on!! Recommend getting to the port at 10:00am. You’ll be on in no time!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

We did the MDR all nights besides the final night. MDR was very good but half of the menu was the same (“favorites”). HIGHLY recommend the Windjammer the final night for a great seafood/sushi buffet.

Onboard Activities

Always something to do. Fitness center is HUGE!! We’re the type of cruisers to sit out by the pool most of the trip. Make sure not to miss the sexiest man contest or the belly flop contest! Great music on the pool deck as well. Mohan and Mohamad take really good care of you on the pool deck/sky bar.

Entertainment

This was the downfall of our whole trip since we typically LOVE going to shows. It really seems like they cater to the extremely old crowd or the 10 and under cruisers. Welcome aboard show was awesome as well as comedian Al Ducharme. DO NOT MISS THE CRAZY QUEST GAME SHOW. Don Barnhart (other comedian) did two sets on our trip and was not funny whatsoever.. he actually started calling people out in the crowd for not laughing (and people checking their watches for how much of his terrible show was left). If you like racial tension comedy, he’s your guy I guess.

Service and Staff

Fantastic service all trip.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very easy to get from place to place. Ship was not too small, nor was it too big to get lost. We really loved the promenade area and how beautiful the MDR is.

Cabin / Stateroom

Lots of space (for an interior cabin). One of the shower sliding doors was cracked on the left side, but it didn’t cause any leaking problems.

Ship tip

That “Tidal Wave” slide is scarier than it looks!!

Ports of call

Falmouth, Jamaica

We did “A Day At the Beach” through RCCL. This excursion goes to “Bamboo Beach Club and we loved it (and it was only $31.99 per person). Make sure you bring sandals or water shoes with as some of the sand is more similar to gravel. The beach is wonderful with blue waters and great beer.

George Town, Grand Cayman

The most beautiful island we visited HANDS DOWN. The water is SO blue! We did a land and sea bus excursion. It was pretty cool to experience but next time I think we will just walk around or go to the public beach!

Cozumel, Mexico

Wait until around 11:00 to get off to shop if you don’t have an excursion, this way the shop workers are more tired out and aren’t as aggressive to get you in their stores! We got off the boat at 8:30am and we’re literally being followed by the workers to get us to come shop at their store.

Disembarkation

DO SELF ASSIST DEBARKING, you can thank me later! We were out of bed and off the ship in under 10 minutes. No lines for customs either. We were in our Uber heading back to the airport in no time!
