Review summary

We have cruised many times and this was our first in RC.....but not our last!! The ship and staff were all 5 star! Can't wait for coco cay in 2020!

Enjoyed my time dining, Windjammer was set up well. Main dining for lunch on Sea Days was great. Need two woks to prevent long wait times. Johnny Rockets was fun!

Beautiful little bar....day bar service was very slow, evening was excellent. Hoof and Claw was a fan favorite. Fun atmosphere, fun staff and great music. Acoustic guitar great

Best service ever on a ship. Our room steward O'Neil kept our rooms immaculate and was always visible. Bar service always great, main dining great. As I said all staff provided the best service we have ever received on a ship.

Everything on the ship was always clean and well maintained. Loved the Promonade.

Nice size cabin, great balcony. We opened the partition with our friends next door. The only downside were the cheap and very hard mattress. I had read this and we brought a memory foam topper. So happy we did. We packed it in the last night and could not sleep. RC....you are a luxury liner, your guests should sleep well without bringing their own bedding. Upgrade your mattresses.

Took a cab to Royal Palms Beach Club. Female bartender at pool was cutty and rude. A lot of bees flying around swim up bar and in the water. Beach was nice.

We stayed at port. Great shops. Margaritaville has so much potential. Staff should clean chairs daily and skim pool. Both were extremely dirty.
