Review summary

This was my 1st cruise and I can't wait to cruise again. Time to start planning and saving and figuring out vacation.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy and smooth sailing

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything was great!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We spent time in the hot tub, and pool. Did the mini-golf, however, there were children running rampage, parents not paying attention to their children and making it hard for me and my husband to play. We did the slides and that was lots of fun.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The few shows we went to were pretty good but most were way too late.

Children's Programs

We didn't have children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our servers in the MDR Madre and Igusti were fantastic. Our room attendant was amazing also. I made a comment about the bed being hard and not being able to sleep and came back to something on my bed to soften it up.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everywhere you went someone was cleaning and it was so easy to find anything and everything you wanted.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I loved my cabin. The only thing I didn't like was the doorway is a bit tight getting in. Otherwise, it was nice, clean and relaxing. We spent time on the balcony just enjoying the view or even laying in the bed and watching the view go by.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

4 out of 5
This was my first time in Galveston so we went to Moody Gardens and it was nice.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
This was my favorite port. We ziplined, played with sloths and monkeys and snorkeled.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
It was nice but nothing extravagant. We went to the checchacogan ruins.

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
We went to the Allegro all Inclusive Resort and I personally didn't like it. After lunch we left there and was dropped off about 2 blocks before port and did some shopping outside of port and made our way back. That was nice. Seen some cool and amazing things and was able to really negotiate with the locals and talk with them about different things.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Very easy.
