Review summary

The overall cruise was fun. We enjoyed our time relaxing at the pool and eating in the specialty dining. The food and drinks were great but the customer service was inconsistent. We've cruised with RC 3 times prior to this cruise and the experience was much better. I would recommend RC to others just maybe not this ship.

All the food and drinks were great. The only downside was the buffet served many of the same items every night.

Excellent service and drinks. We went there one night to have a drink before dinner and two days later when we went back the server remembered our drinks!

Great food everytime we ate thrte it just would have been nice if they changed it up more.

Sounds like a issue with staff but no the ship. This was our first ship and hooked us.

We are on ship now and service is first rate and as good as other cruises we have taken. A few things I asked for at last minute for changes in dining room seating for window seat and day changes for onboard ship activities to did without hesitation. They even brew fresh hot coffee in Windjammer at night to fill my large Thermos for hot morning coffee in room. What more can you ask?
