Review summary

Upon check out, we didn't get the pre-paid gratuity that we booked from AA Vacation. The information did not transit over to Royal Carribean cruise. The service agent was unwilling to honor the rate. We made an appeal and still waiting to see if they will credit us.

I’m confused... you marked traveled as couple but mention things about the kids. Did you just mark the wrong thing? I’m honestly curious because we are taking our kids in 6 weeks. What ages?
