Overall besides all the downs we experienced this past week with Royal Caribbean, we had a great time doing our excursions.
Embarkation

They did a great job.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
They offered the same food all week for main dining and buffet. I rate the food C-.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pools as expected were always pack. Rock-climbing, they charge a fee, and had certain times you can go.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
I expected better shows. The only two shows that the family enjoy was the Ice Skating, and Saturday Night Fever. One of the comedians that week, was talking about Mexicans, and making racial comments. He also made made horrible comments of another cruise line called Carnival.
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Guest service was rude when I ask for help on getting change. When the family wanted to play Bingo, we ask for information on how much the cost is, we were told we need to listen and go to a corner, wow! Our waiters for formal dinner did an awesome job, they were the only good thing about this cruise, besides our excursions.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship is beautiful.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was very dusty, gave me bad allergies. The bed was not comfortable. All family left with bites in our bodies. The room service gentleman tried to vacuum twice a day, I honestly think is just the room with to much dust.
Ship tip
Be prepare to spend money, they charge you for everything. This ship was boring. No entertainment.
I love this place, we did the Stingray and Seven Mile Beach excursion. Swimming with the Stingrays was an amazing experience, wow that water is beyond beautiful!! The beach was beautiful, is like a mint green water. I just wish we had more time.
The port was nice, and the Jamaican people were so friendly and nice. I was scared, because I read so many bad comments. We did the excursion to Montego Bay, we went to Doctors Cove Beach, beautiful!! Jamaican people were nice, and we were never bother. They had people selling things, but they never approached you, unless you went to them. I never felt threatened by anyone.
The cruise director on Liberty of the Seas is friends with the cruise director on Carnival Vista. (During our April 28th cruise). Hilarious. We were docked next to the Vista. Our cruise director was getting people who were heading to Vista to come over and have their pictures taken with Liberty, then saying 'Sorry. You have to go back to THAT ship.' I think the director on Carnival might have been doing something similar, but i didn't hear her.
Sad. I liked our cruise director. April 28th was his first sailing on Liberty of the Seas and I think his last will be the cruise before our September 8 cruise. :-(
Libertys staff overall is pretty strong. Food includes standards and nightly rotating items. Some kids just want chicken tenders, spaghetti, and fries. But they have tons of rotating items each night as well. And great Indian. Entertainment sucked. Comedian wasn't funny on last sailing at all. Headliner was corny and dated.
We did this same cruise in April and couldn’t really fault it. Some items on the MDR menu are the same each night, the classics, but there were always new options to try. We also went to guest services a few times, it being our first RCCL cruise, but always found the staff to be pleasant.
