Review summary

Had a great time onboard and at the ports! SistaChix 2019 Vacation!

Embarkation from parking in covered parking, shuttle, & going thru lines only took about 30 minutes total. Not bad!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The Windjammer was good the 2 x ate there. The main dining room (My Time Dining) had excellent staff but the lobster was a disappointment. A few one time items were yukky but we wanted to try new things. We just got another appetizer or entrée if we didn't like it. Desserts were great!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The only things we missed doing that we wanted to were the slides---it was too cool the only 2 days we had (departure/return days). Otherwise--the Broadway shows were suburb! The ice skating show was awesome! We laughed a lot for the game shows. Do NOT miss The Quest! Crazy fun! Enjoyed one of the 2 comedians--the other was so-so. Plenty to do. Late night Karioke was always fun!

Shows are outstanding! The country band was good but their female singer and the singer with cowboy hat in Schooner Bar were subpar---with all the talent out there--think RC could do better. It was hard to listen to them sing. The other band that played in various places on the ship were great and did a really good job of singing and playing. The DJ's were good.

Service and Staff

We had an excellent waiter - Cheng! He has a fun sense of humor! Ameen was our room steward and always got us anything we needed with a smile!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Mostly--everything was spick & span! The area around the ice cream machine got sloppy sometimes but there were a lot of peeps going there. Did not try Johnny Rockets even tho we wanted to because we forgot about it....too out of the way.

Cabin / Stateroom

The size was great! the bed was a little hard--they could use some 2 or 3 inch toppers. Everything stored just fine and we put our suitcases under the beds.

Ship tip

If you don't have a fun time on Liberty of the Seas--it is your own fault! There is plenty to do and see. Was a little disappointed that the parade was during the early afternoon instead of @ 7 on the last night.

Ports of call

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
We had a great time on Roatan! Mainly because of our tour guide who took us all over after our Monkey/Sloth park-snorkeling excursion. I love the topography of the island and that the Coxen Hole area was not super-developed. People were really nice.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
If you wanta shop--this port is ok. Nothing to brag about and probably won't get off the ship here again unless I want to shop. The water park looked nice enough and wasn't as crowded most of the time like I assumed it would be.

Cozumel, Mexico

Love Cozumel. It is a pleasant experience each time. We went to a private beach that a cab driver recommended. Enjoyed our day!

A little slow but picked up again. Were off the ship before 10 a.m. and we were self-carrying our luggage.
